COSIDER Canalisation is launching a restricted National Call for Tenders for the supply of lifting and handling equipment divided into two (02) lots:
LOT N°01 : Two (02) 30T Mobile Cranes
LOT N°02 : Four (04) 4T Telescopic Forklifts
This restricted national call for tenders is aimed at manufacturers and/or distributors specializing in the field.
Bidders may bid for one (01) or two lots.
Companies interested in this call for tenders may withdraw the specifications upon presentation of a copy of the trade register and payment by payment of the sum of Ten Thousand Algerian Dinars (10,000.00 DZD), upon one of the bank accounts opened with the Banque Extérieure d’Algérie (BEA):

Each bidder will present his offer in three copies, one (01) original and two (02) copies, as well as an electronic version (CD or Flash disk), marked “Original” and “copy” as the case may be.
Each offer is inserted in a closed envelope bearing a damp stamp, indicating the reference, the subject of the call for tenders, the technical or financial information, as well as the name and address of the tenderer; these two envelopes are inserted in a third envelope which must be anonymous and closed, and will only bear the following mention:
