GENERAL PARTICULARS
Description
Bid Validity (Bids shall remain valid for a period not less than 180 days after the deadline date. A Bid valid for a shorter period shall be rejected by the Employer as non-responsive)

Annual Financial Turn Over in any one year during the the last five years to be not less than 50% of the estimated cost of works under the contract (Rs in Lakhs) attached shall have valid Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) (2018-19)
Annual Financial Turn Over in any one year during the the last five years to be not less than 50% of the estimated cost of works under the contract (Rs in Lakhs) attached shall have valid Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) . (2019-20)

Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor (or as a nominated sub contractor, where the sub contract involved the execution of all main items of the work described in the bid document, provided further that all other qualification criteria are satisfied) at least one similar work of value not less than the amount specified in the Appendix not less than 10% (ten percent) of the of estimated value of contract. OR Satisfactorily completed water supply schemes (Piped water supply scheme) at least one work of value not less than 10% (Ten percent) of the estimated cost of works for which the bid has been invited. OR Satisfactorily completed any type of Civil Engineering works of value not less than 25% (Twenty five percent) of the estimated cost of at least one work for which the bid has been invited during last five years.

Evidence of accesses to Financial Resources.
Proposed methodology and programme of construction.
