Bidder should have attached certified supporting documents of Labour License No.
Bidder should have attached certified supporting documents of PAN Card No.
Bidder should have attached certified supporting documents of Income Tax Return of last Years i.e. FY 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23
Annual Financial Turn over of last 05 (Five) Years [At least Annual turn over for last 03 (three) years i.e. FY 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 should audited by Chartered Accountant & shall be uploaded]
Affidavit regarding any litigation, debarred or blacklisted or history of rescinding work, no near relatives in the concerned division and the information's furnished in the bidding document is correct
Is the contractor registered with COMFED or Not
If yes, please furnish your registration No and category of registration. Contractor registered with COMFED need not submit their experience certificates (mentioned in Sl.No. 14) for work of estimated cost upto 50 Lakh.
Experience of work of similar nature (Certified by concerned competent authority/payment authority) (As per eligibility criteria of Tender Document)
Timely completion certificate of completed work ( Certified by concerned competent authority /payment authority) Only of works which are uploaded in Sl.No. 14)
