3) List of Works in hand (Existing Commitment) specifying i. Name of work ii. Employer iii. Location iv. Contract amount v. Date of start vi. Date of completion.
4) C.V. of Engineers with i. Educational qualification certificate ii. Individual affidavit of Engineer to perform the job if allotted to bidder
5) Document showing ownership of plants and equipment needed for successful completion of work :- i. Automatic Batching plant with accessories ii. Concrete Mixer with weighing facility iii. Steel centering and shuttering showing area in square feet iv. water Tanker v. Vibrator
6) Details of financial availability:- i. Certificate of any Nationalized Bank extending credit facility up to 10 % of B.O.Q Amount ii. Self declaration of investing 25 % of B.O.Q Amount.
7) Certificates in the form of Affidavit by the bidder for: - i. Bidder had not abandoned any project which was taken up by bidder ii.
