GENERAL PARTICULARS
Description Earnest money in the form specified in Section 8 Qualification Information and supporting documents as specified in Section-2 Certificates, undertakings, affidavits as specified in Section 2 Any other information pursuant to Clause 4.2 of SBD Undertaking that the bid shall remain valid for the period specified in Clause 15.1 of SBD An affidavit affirming the information furnished in the bidding document is correct to the best of your knowledge and belief Documents in original duly Signed as in section 3, 5, 6. Technical details such as treatment technology, operation & maintenance, life of plant, consumables if required, performance certificate etc. Priced Bill of Quantities for items specified in Section 7 and shall be submitted online only. Technical and Financial Bid shall be uploaded online. Hard copy of uploaded Tender Document, all the relevant papers, Earnest Money, Cost of Tender Document shall be submitted by the bidders in the Office of Executive Engineer, P.H. Division, Dhamdaha on or before schedule time as per NIT Bidders should quote rate in uploaded Financial Bid Sheet and upload the sheet in price breakup section of BOQ Tab (Evaluation will be done on the basis of uploaded Financial Bid Sheet) Bidders have to fill the Required information in uploaded Technical Bid Sheet and upload the filled Technical Bid Sheet
