15.1 Bids shall remain valid for a period not less than 180days after the deadline date. A Bid valid for a shorter period shall be rejected by the Employer as non-responsive
16.1 a)Unconditional bank guarantee from any scheduled Indian bank issued within the state in the format given (If issued from any bank outside state will be converted to any bank within the state before executing the agreement, duly pledged in favour of the Executive Engineer, PHED Division, BUXAR
16.1 Bid Security Amount - (Rs. In Lakhs)
4.3(a) (i) Legal Status of Bidder. (ii) Place of Registration. (iii) Principal place of Business (iv) Power of attorney of signatory Bid
4.5A (a) Achieved in any one year during the last five years, a minimum annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) volume of construction work of at least the amount equal to the 50% (fifty percent) of the estimated cost of the works for which bid has been invited. The turnover will be indexed at the rate of 8% for a year.
4.5A (b) "Satisfactorily completed civil engineering construction work of value not less than 5 % (Five percent) of estimated value of work in any one year during last five financial years." OR New bidders registered / having applied for registration with Govt. Department and having financial capability but no prior turn over but willing to bid, shall be eligible to participate in the tender provided an additional Bank Guarantee to the tune of 2% of estimated cost of the works for which bid has been invited and having validity till the period of work completion duly pledged is submitted with the technical bid of the tender
4.7 Bidding Capacity: - Should be more than Available Bid capacity = (A x N x 3 - B)= Rs. _____, Where A= Maximum Value of work executed in any one year during last 5 yrs. , N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which bids are invited.
