GENERAL PARTICULARS
Description
BID VALIDITY Bids shall remain valid for a period not less than 180 days after the deadline date. A Bid valid for a shorter period shall be rejected by the Employer as non-responsive180 Days Bid validity periods In days.

The turnover will be indexed at the rate of 8% for a year. Work Experience of Similar nature Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor (or as a nominated sub contractor, where the sub contract involved the execution of all main items of the work described in the bid document, provide further that all other qualification criteria are satisfied) at least one similar work of value not less than the amount specified in the Appendix (not less than 10% (Ten percent) of the of estimated value of contract. Refer to technical bid document. Work Experience of Similar nature any one year during last five years Or Satisfactorily completed water supply schemes (Piped water supply scheme) at least one work of value not less than 10% ( Ten percent) of the estimated cost of works for which the bid has been invited.
