Satisfactory completed as a prime contractor (or as a nominated sub contractor , where the sub contract involved the execution of all main items of the work described in the bid document provided further that all other qualification criteria are satisfied) at least one similar work of value not less than the amount specified in the Appendix not less than 10% (ten percent) of the estimated value of contract. OR Satisfactory completed water supply scheme (Piped water supply scheme) at least one work of value not less than 10% (ten percent) of the estimated cost of works for which the bid has been invited. OR Satisfactory completed any type of civil engineering works of value not less than 25% (twenty five percent) of the estimated cost of at least one work for which the bid has been invited during last five years. Availability of key items of contractor equipment. Key personnel Evidence of accesses to financial resources. Proposed methodology and program of construction Litigation history. Information regarding any litigation, current or during the last five years , in which the bidder is involved, the parties concerned, disputed amount (attached or not) Affidavit. Regarding statements made in the required attachments are true and correct. Undertaking. Able to invest a minimum cost up to 25% of contract value of work during implementation of contract PAN NUMBER GST NUMBER CHARACTER CERTIFICATE Time of completion Minimum quantities of work done of similar nature during last five years.
