The Original Documents shall be produced for physical verification within one week from the date of Technical bid opening. 7.Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2023-24. 8.As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27-07-2007, a sum amounting to 1%of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund. 09.Any discrepancies observed in the documents uploaded by the tenderer the tender shall liable to rejected. 10.The Successful Contractors shall place an Information Board with the details pertaining to the respective Work at the work site as per standard format given by the CMC, Challakere on his own cost. 11.The work is subjected to the supervision of Junior Engineer/AE/AEE, CMC, Challakere, and Assistant Executive Engineer, District Urban Development Cell, Chitradurga, and Third Party appointed by the Deputy Commissioner. 12.All the items to be executed are inclusive of all lead & lifts, loading, unloading, cost of all labour charges, hire charges of all machinery tools and plants, cost of materials, transportation charges, curing, etc., complete and to be executed as per directions of the Engineer in charge of work. 13.Security deposit (Performance security). Within 20 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the employer a Security deposit in any of the forms given below for an amount equivalent to 3% of the Contract price plus additional security for unbalanced tenders for all works. 14.The earnest money deposit will be forfeited if the documents submitted by the tenderer found to be misleading/forged or fake. 15.Any discrepancies observed in the documents uploaded by the tenderer the tender shall liable to rejected. 16. Payment must be given by ULB Financial Condition. 17.Contractor should maintain up to 2 years after completion of work if any defects in the work found, if contractor fails FSD amount shall be forfeited and further action shall be taken. 18.For unbalanced tenders the difference less amount (Amount put to tender minus Tender amount less than 10%) the contactor should take a DD in the favour of Municipal Commissioner, CMC, Challakere, payable at Challakere, and that DD should be scanned and uploaded with the tender documents.
