يعلن مركز تحديث الصناعة عن الدعوة للمشاركة  فى المناقصة رقم: "E-4308-CL-EG-1011"

 

 لتنفيذ خدمة (تقديم خدمة نظم تنفيذ التصنيع لمصنع يعمل في مجال صناعة  الملابس الجاهزة)

 

1.    يجب تقديم العطاءات إلى المقر الرئيسي لمركزتحديث الصناعة أو إحدى فروعه وذلك قبل يوم

14 فبراير 2024 الساعة 12:00 ظهرا ، على ان يكون العطاء سارى لمدة 90 يوما من الموعد النهائي لتقديم العطاءات. لن يتم قبول أي عطاء بعد هذا الموعد.

 

2.    المشاركة مفتوحة ، بالمساواة، لجميع الهيئات والشركات ذات الصفة القانونية.

 

3.    آخر موعد لطلب أي توضيح أو استفسار من مركز تحديث الصناعة يوم 6 فبراير 2024 على أن يكون أخر موعد للرد على الاستفسارات بواسطة مركز تحديث الصناعة يوم 7 فبراير 2024

 

4.للحصول على ملف المناقصة الكامل يجب علي مقدمي الخدمات تقديم طلب كتابي (خطاب تفويض) ، بالإضافة الي سجل تجاري حديث وإيداع بنكي بقيمة الرسوم بمبلغ   1500 جنيه مصري (فقط الف و خمسمائة جنيه مصري) “غير قابلة للإسترداد" ،على ان يتم تقديم حافظة الإيداع إلى الإدارة المالية في المقر الرئيسي لمركزتحديث الصناعة الكائن في ش امتداد رمسيس ابراج المالية وزارة التجارة و الصناعة برج 5-الدور السادس أو إحدى فروعه وذلك من الساعة التاسعة صباحا الى الساعة الواحدة مساء، من الأحد إلى الخميس.

 

 

5.    تبلغ قيمة التأمين الابتدائي للمناقصة 23000 جنيه مصري (فقط ثلاثة و عشرون الف جنيه مصري) يقدم بأحدي الطرق التاليه:

 

(خطاب ضمان "ساري لمدة 160 يومًا على الأقل من الموعد النهائي لتقديم العروض" أو شيك مصرفي موثق أو حافظة إيداع نقدي بحساب البنك  ، علي ان يقدم مايفيد استيفاء ضمان التأمين الابتدائى  إلى الإدارة المالية بمركز تحديث الصناعة قبل الموعد النهائي لتقديم العطاءات.

The Industrial Modernization Center announces the invitation to participate in Tender No.: “ E-4308-CL-EG-1011 ”

 

 To implement a service ( providing a manufacturing implementation systems service for a factory working in the field of ready-made clothing industry)

 

1.    Bids must be submitted to the headquarters of the Industrial Modernization Center or one of its branches one day in advance

1 February 4 , 2024 at 12:00 noon , provided that the bid is valid for 90 days from the deadline for submitting bids. No bids will be accepted after this date.

 

2.    Participation is open, equally, to all bodies and companies with legal capacity.

 

3.    The last date for requesting any clarification or inquiry from the Industrial Modernization Center is February 6, 2024 , provided that the last date for responding to inquiries by the Industrial Modernization Center is February 7, 2024 .

 

4. To obtain the complete tender file, service providers must submit a written request (authorization letter), in addition to a recent commercial register and a bank deposit in the amount of the fees in the amount of   1,500 Egyptian pounds (only one thousand five hundred Egyptian pounds) “non-refundable”, provided that the Deposit portfolio to the Financial Department at the main headquarters of the Industrial Modernization Center located in Ramses Extension Street, Finance Towers, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Tower 5 - Sixth Floor, or one of its branches , from nine in the morning to one in the evening, from Sunday to Thursday.
