يتم تقديم العطاء في ظرف  A3 مغلق بالشمع الأحمر يحتوي على  ثلاثة مظاريف منفصلة:

1.    ظرف خاص بالعطاء الفني.
2.    ظرف خاص بالعطاء المالي.
3.    ظرف خاص بالضمان البنكي.

بحيث تكون جميع ظروف العطاء مغلقة بالشمع الأحمر وموضح فيها: اسم صاحب العطاء، رقم المناقصة داخل ظرف واحد مغلق بالشمع الأحمر موضح فيه: اسم ورقم المناقصة، اسم الجهة مقدمة العطاء. وتسليمة إِلى منظمة أجيال بلا قات

The bid shall be submitted in an A3 envelope sealed with red wax containing three separate envelopes:

1. A special circumstance for the artistic bid.
2. A circumstance related to financial giving.
3. A special circumstance regarding the bank guarantee.
