COSIDER Promotion lance un Avis d’Appel d’Offres National Restreint pour la Réalisation des Travaux de Corps d’Etat Secondaires (C.E.S), relatif au projet de logements situé à Zouaghi Constantine, répartis en 09 blocs.

Le présent appel d’offre national restreint s’adresse aux entreprises de bâtiment ayant un certificat de qualification et classification professionnelle de catégorie III et plus, et des références dans la réalisation des travaux de corps d’état secondaires (C.E.S), justifiées par des attestations de  bonne exécution ou procès-verbal de réception définitive établi et signé par le maître de l’ouvrage et/ou clients.

Toute attestation de bonne exécution ou procès-verbal de réception définitive qui ne précisent pas les corps d’états secondaire mentionnés dans la condition d’éligibilité, devra être accompagner d’une copie de contrat commercial ou tout autre documents probants

Les entreprises intéressées, sont invitées à retirer le cahier des charges, auprès de la Direction Management des Projets de COSIDER Promotion sise au CW 130, Saint Charles les Sources Bir Mourad Raïs Alger, contre paiement en espèce de Dix Mille (10 000.00) DA.

Les offres doivent être constituées d’une partie technique et d’une partie financière.

Les deux parties, technique et financière, composant l’offre devront être présentées, chacune en un exemplaire original et une copie. Chaque exemplaire devra porter la mention « original » et « copie ».

L’offre technique et l’offre financière doivent être présentées dans deux enveloppes distinctes qui porteront la mention correspondante « offre technique » ou « offre financière » selon le cas, le nom et l’adresse du soumissionnaire. Les deux plis devront être disposés dans une autre enveloppe fermée et anonyme, qui devra porter les seules indications suivantes :

La date limite de dépôt des offres est fixée à vingt et un (21) jours, à partir de la date de la première parution du présent avis dans les quotidiens nationaux, avant 12 Heures, heure limite.

Les soumissionnaires resteront engagés par leurs offres pendant une durée de Cent quatre vingt       (180) jours à compter de la date limite de dépôt des offres.

NOTICE of Restricted NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER

COSIDER Promotion is launching a Restricted National Call for Tenders for the execution of Secondary Construction Works (CES), relating to the housing project located in Zouaghi Constantine, distributed in 09 blocks.

This restricted national call for tenders is aimed at construction companies with a qualification certificate and professional classification of category III and above, and references in carrying out secondary trades work (CES), justified by certificates of good execution or final acceptance report drawn up and signed by the project owner and/or clients.

Any certificate of good execution or final acceptance report which does not specify the secondary trades mentioned in the eligibility condition, must be accompanied by a copy of the commercial contract or any other supporting documents.

Interested companies are invited to collect the specifications from the Project Management Department of COSIDER Promotion located at CW 130, Saint Charles les Sources Bir Mourad Raïs Algiers, against payment in cash of Ten Thousand (10,000.00) DA.

The offers must consist of a technical part and a financial part.
