19DJ1024Q0011 PMSC-CMR Generator Service Contract: U.S. Embassy Djibouti invites you to submit a proposal for the 19DJ1024Q0011 PMSC-CMR Generator Service Contract, as per attached Solicitation 19DJ1024Q0011. No site visit will be made as all information’s are on the solicitation. If you have any questions please submit to  kayadse@state.gov & djiboutiprocurement@state.gov by February 14, 2024 at 10.00 LT. Your final proposal must be submitted on or before COB February 20, 2024, by email to djiboutiprocbids@state.gov. The subject of the email should be : 19DJ1024Q0011 PMSC-CMR Generator Service Contract. No proposal will be accepted after this time. The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.

For a valid quote/proposal, please note the following:

1.Submit your proposal in two formats:

a). Your technical proposal which must include but not limited to your methodology for meeting the requirements, performance schedule, specifications, samples/pictures/complete drawings, past performance history with valid contact information for your past and current customers in the last three (3) years, NDAA certification as attached, etc.

b)Price proposal

2.Contractor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.

3.All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be send electronically to djiboutiprocbids@state.gov.

4.Please include your Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number (that replaced DUNS Number) and your valid SAM Registration/Certification
