INVITATION TO BID

NCA is launching a Local Open Tender and invites interested suppliers/candidates to participate in the procurement procedure for the relevant lots:

Provision/Renting vehicle with driver for Sinjar Town – Ninawa – Iraq

1. The vehicle will be use at Sinjar Town and around to cover NCA activities in Sinjar and Siune.

2. The offered prices shall be quoted in USD.

3. All offers, in English language only, must be delivered to the office mentioned below by 26.02.2024- 16:00. Late bids will be rejected. Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send then in writing email up to 19th February 2024.

4. The vehicle should be4*4 SUV, Year of manufactory of vehicle above year 2016,Minimum passenger seat 7.

5. Tender documents will be available from 12th February 2024 Interested tenderers may obtain the Tender Dossier in English/Arabic at no cost from the Contracting Authority mentioned below.
