تعلن شركة البريقة لتسويق النفط عن دعوة المشاركة لغرض التأهيل مسبق لعطاء مشروع إنشاء مصلي (الزاوية) وذلك طبقاً لمجال العمل والذي يتلخص في البنود الأساسية التالية:

1. أعمال تنظيف وتجهيز الموقع.
2. أعمال خرسانات.
3. أعمال المدنية.
4. الأعمال الكهربائية.

فعلي الشركات الوطنية المتخصصة في هذا المجال والتي تأنس في نفسها الكفاءة والقدرة ولديها الإمكانية الفنية والمالية وترغب في المشاركة في التأهيل المسبق للعطاء تقديم المستندات التالية:

• ملف الشركة ويحتوي على طلب إبداء الرغبة للمشاركة في العطاء موجه للجنة العطاءات الفرعية الغربية
  والجنوبية، مستندات التسجيل سارية المفعول (عقد التأسيس – النظام الأساسي – مستخرج رسمي من السجل
  التجاري – رخصة مزاولة النشاط – إثبات القيد بالغرفة التجارية – شهادة إثبات السداد الضريبي).
• الوضع المالي للشركة لأخر ثلاث سنوات مالية معتمد من مراجع قانوني.
• الخبرة السابقة في تنفيذ مشاريع مشابهة لمجال العمل المطلوب (مدعومة برسائل) من الجهات التي تم التعامل معها بالخصوص.
• قائمة بالكادر الفني والاليات والمعدات اللازمة لتنفيذ المشروع.
• بيان بعنوان الشركة الرئيسي وفروعها وأرقام الهواتف والبريد المصور والبريد الالكتروني وموقع الشركة بشبكة المعلومات الدولية.
• ملاحظات هامة:
• سيكون التعامل مع الأشخاص المخولين رسمياً من قبل الشركات المتقدمة للمشاركة.
• تسلم المستندات إلى أمين سر لجنة العطاءات الفرعية (غ، ج) في مظروف مغلق عليه أسم المشروع ومعنون إلى لجنة العطاءات الفرعية للمناطق الغربية والجنوبية/ شركة البريقة لتسويق النفط بمقرها الكائن بمبني الإدارة المالية، طريق المطار، بالقرب من مستودع طرابلس النفطي.

الدعوة للمشاركة في عطاء وتسليم مجال العمل وكراسة المواصفات والشروط العامة ستكون فقط للشركات المؤهلة وفقاً للتقييم ونتائج التأهيل.

Brega Oil Marketing Company announces an invitation to participate for the purpose of pre-qualifying the tender for the project of constructing a prayer hall (Al-Zawiya), according to the scope of work, which is summarized in the following basic items:

1. Site cleaning and preparation work.

2. Concrete works.

3. Civil works.

4. Electrical Works.

National companies specialized in this field, which demonstrate competence and ability, have the technical and financial capabilities, and wish to participate in the pre-qualification of the bid, must submit the following documents:

• The company file, which contains a request to express interest in participating in the bid, addressed to the Western and Southern Subcommittee
  , valid registration documents (memorandum of association - articles of association - official extract from the
  commercial registry - license to practice the activity - proof of registration in the Chamber of Commerce - certificate of proof of tax payment).
