1. Bids are invited from local companies and suppliers REGISTERED in Brunei Darussalam pursuant to Sections 16 and 17 of the Business Names Act.

2. Companies registered as Sole Proprietors must include the latest Certificate of Tax Compliance (COTC) and has been CERTIFIED by the Revenue Division, Ministry of Finance and Economy and a copy of the Annual Returns and Annual General Meeting (which latest/latest) together with this Quotation Form. For any company / supplier that does not include the relevant documents, this Quotation Offer Form will be REJECTED.

4. The bidding fee is ONLY $10.00 and will not be returned to each of the companies and suppliers either successful or unsuccessful after sending a valid bid.

5. All requirements in the Quotation Form must be written CORRECTLY and CLEARLY, otherwise this bid request will be REJECTED.

6. This Bid Application will be REJECTED if FOR ANY CHANGES / CORRECTIONS on the Bid Price using 'BLANCO'.

7. FOR ANY CHANGES / CORRECTIONS to the Bid Price must be SIGNED ORIGINALLY (initial) and COMPANY STAMP.

8. Bids must be filled in in the ORIGINAL QUOTATION FORM (CANNOT BE PHOTOCOPYED or SCANNED). Bids that have been COMPLETELY filled out must be placed in the OFFER BOX provided and addressed to:

9. Each bid for each ONE QUOTATION TITLE must be kept in ONE SEALED ENVELOPE. On the envelope, the NUMBER OF QUOTATIONS and TITLE OF QUOTATION should be written on the TOP LEFT side as advertised and the CLOSING DATE of this AD, without showing any identity, name or logo of the company / supplier.

10. Offers must be returned no later than WEDNESDAY, 28 FEBRUARY 2024, AT 02.00 PM. Late bids will not be accepted.

11. Copy of COMPANY REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE/Business Names (BUSINESS CERTIFICATE 16 & 17 or FORM X), copy of PAYMENT RECEIPT and other required documents SHOULD BE ATTACHED TO THE OFFER.

12. CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION from the Ministry of Development, AITI and others concerned for related works SHOULD BE INCLUDED WITH THE OFFER.

13. Tenderers who reject or cancel bids or contracts after bid approval has been obtained will be fined in accordance with the rules and guidelines given by the National Tender Board reference: LTN/4(39/1997).

14. The Government of His Majesty His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Dipertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam does not necessarily accept low offers or any offers.

15. Only selected and successful companies will be contacted. Meanwhile, companies that are not contacted after ONE (01) MONTH from the CLOSING DATE to return the quotation form are CONSIDERED UNSUCCESSFUL.
