1. Le Gouvernement de Madagascar a reçu un Financement de la Banque mondiale pour la mise en œuvre du Projet Filets Sociaux de Sécurité, et à l’intention d’utiliser une partie dudit Financement pour effectuer des paiements au titre du Marché relatif A L’ACQUISITION DES DIVERS ARTICLES POUR les meilleurs ML, PARE, ADOPTANT REPARTIS EN DEUX (02) LOTS :
o LOT N°01 : ACQUISITION DES PETITS Matériels AGRICOLES
o LOT N°02 : ACQUISITION des T-SHIRT
2. Le Fonds d’Intervention pour le Développement (FID) sollicite des offres fermées de la part de soumissionnaires éligibles et répondant aux qualifications requises pour la réalisation du marché.
3. La procédure sera conduite par mise en concurrence en recourant à une Demande de Cotation telle que définie dans le « Règlement de Passation des Marchés dans le cadre de Financement de Projets d’Investissement de la Banque mondiale – version Juillet 2016 » et ses mises à jour, et ouverte à tous les soumissionnaires de pays éligibles tels que définis dans les Règles de passation des marchés.
4. Les Soumissionnaires intéressés et éligibles peuvent obtenir des informations complémentaires et prendre connaissance du dossier de consultation à l’adresse mentionnée ci-dessous (9) de 08h30mn à 16h30mn.
5. Le Dossier de Consultation en Français peut être retiré au Bureau du FID (9) par tout Soumissionnaire intéressé en formulant une demande écrite précisant la référence et l’objet du présent avis et les coordonnées du Demandeur (Nom, Téléphone, e-mail, adresse physique), et
6. Les offres sous pli fermé avec la référence et l’intitulé du présent dossier et la mention « NE PAS OUVRIR AVANT : préciser les date et heure limites fixées pour la remise des offres », devront être remises à l’adresse ci-dessous (9) au plus tard le 05 mars 2024 à DIX HEURES (10h00mn), heure locale. La soumission des offres par voie électronique ne sera pas autorisée.
7. Les offres seront ouvertes en présence des Représentants des soumissionnaires le même jour que la date limite fixée pour la remise des offres à DIX HEURES (10h00mn).
8. L’offre doit comprendre une garantie de soumission sous forme de chèque de banque certifié ou de lettre de garantie bancaire libellée au nom de « FID ou Fonds d’Intervention pour le Développement », et valable pendant cent vingt (120) jours après la date d’ouverture des plis fixée, d’un montant de :
o LOT N°01 : DEUX CENT CINQUANTE MILLE ARIARY (MGA 250 000,00)
o LOT N°02 : SOIXANTE QUINZE MILLE ARIARY (MGA 75 000,00)

1. 2. The Development Intervention Fund (FID) solicits closed offers from eligible bidders who meet the qualifications required to carry out the contract.
3. The procedure will be conducted through competitive bidding using a Quotation Request as defined in the “Procurement Regulations within the framework of Financing Investment Projects of the World Bank – July 2016 version” and its updates. , and open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in the Procurement Rules.
4. Interested and eligible Bidders can obtain additional information and read the consultation file at the address mentioned below (9) from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
5. The Consultation File in French can be collected from the FID Office (9) by any interested Bidder by making a written request specifying the reference and subject of this notice and the contact details of the Applicant (Name, Telephone, e-mail, address physics), and

7. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' Representatives on the same day as the deadline set for the submission of tenders at TEN HOURS (10:00 a.m.) .
8. The offer must include a bid guarantee in the form of a certified bank check or bank guarantee letter made out in the name of “FID or Development Intervention Fund”, and valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days after the date of fixed fold opening, in the amount of:
o LOT N°01: TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND ARIARY (MGA 250,000.00)
o LOT N°02: SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND ARIARY (MGA 75,000.00)
