Le présent appel d’offres national  restreint s’adresse aux entreprises ayant de l’expérience dans le domaine des travaux de peinture, justifiées par des attestations de bonne exécution, ou des procès-verbaux de réception définitive établis et signés par les clients

Les soumissionnaires intéressés peuvent soumissionner pour un ou plusieurs lots, et ne peuvent être retenus que pour un (01) seul lot

Les entreprises intéressées, sont invitées à retirer le cahier des charges auprès de la direction générale de COSIDER Construction Département sous-traitance, Route  de DAR EL BEIDA, ALGER contre versement de la somme de cinq mille (5 000,00) DA auprès de la banque de l’entreprise « banque nationale d’Algérie » (BNA) sis Dar El Beida.

Les offres constituées de tous les documents exigés dans le cahier des charges, doivent être présentées en deux exemplaires (original + copie) et  sous deux enveloppes distinctes fermées et portant le cachet humide, ainsi que la mention correspondante « offre technique » ou « offre financière » selon le cas, ces deux enveloppes doivent être insérées dans une troisième enveloppe qui devra être obligatoirement fermée et anonyme et ne porter que la mention suivante :           

«  Soumission, à ne pas ouvrir »

Les soumissionnaires resteront engagés par leurs offres pendant une durée de Cent Quatre Vingts (180) jours à compter de la date limite de dépôt des offres.

The company COSIDER Construction is launching a restricted national call for tenders for the painting work of the project located in Réghaia wilaya of Algiers , divided into eight (08) lots as follows:

Lot No. 02 : EDUCATIONAL BLOCK AND OFFICIAL HOUSING

Lot No. 03  : BLOCK F

Lot No. 04  : BLOCK E

Lot No. 05  : BLOCK C

Lot No. 06  : BLOCK B

Lot No. 07  : BLOCK A

Lot No. 08  : BLOCK D

This restricted national call for tenders is aimed at companies with experience in the field of painting work , justified by certificates of good execution, or final acceptance reports established and signed by the clients.

Interested bidders can bid for one or more lots, and can only be selected for one (01) lot.

Interested companies are invited to collect the specifications from the general management of COSIDER Construction Subcontracting Department, Route de DAR EL BEIDA, ALGIERS against payment of the sum of five thousand (5,000.00) DA to the bank of the company “national bank of Algeria” (BNA) located Dar El Beida.

Offers consisting of all the documents required in the specifications must be presented in two copies (original + copy) and in two separate closed envelopes bearing a damp stamp, as well as the corresponding mention “technical offer” or “financial offer » depending on the case, these two envelopes must be inserted in a third envelope which must be closed and anonymous and bear only the following words  :
