The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English, Romanian, Russian and Ukrainian) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.
A compulsory site visit of the RAC UID 12 Chișinău (lot 1) at the following address: str. Valea Rediului 16, will be . The site visit will be followed by an information session where all works providers are welcome to ask any questions. Site visit is compulsory to be allowed to bid for the corresponding lot.
All bids must be submitted before March 25th 2024, at 5pm Moldovan time at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to moldova.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
