Perform a gap-analysis of the policies and practices of BDC vis-a-vis global good practices on the following aspects: (i) credit underwriting processes and procedures for both debt and equity investments; (ii) credit risk management framework; (iii) concentration risk management; (iv) asset and liability management for forex open positions; and (v) overall non-performing loan management .A training workshop will be delivered by the consulting firm to BDC on (i) global good practices in addressing the Project Aspects; (ii) gaps in BDC’s policies and practices towards  addressing the Project Aspects; and (iii) good practice examples of how other entities have addressed these or similar gaps. BDC and MIGA will mutually agree upon BDC’s key personnel who will be responsible for facilitating the Technical Assistance activities by the consulting firm. Broadly; their duties will include: (i) provision of relevant data; materials and access to stakeholders for interviews for the consulting firm to successfully deliver Output 1 (gap-analysis); and (ii) ensuring the attendance and effective uptake of BDC’s relevant staff of the Output 2.
