Accordingly, the Small and Micro Enterprise Development Agency (SMEPS), Aden Branch, invites qualified suppliers who have previously worked in the same field to submit their bids through the above-mentioned tender, in accordance with the tender documents.
1. Bidding
documents can be obtained from the headquarters of the Small and Small
Enterprises Development Agency, Aden Branch, Governor’s Corniche - Remi - Villa
No. (19) - Mansoura District - Aden - Republic of Yemen - phone (359081) fax:
(350924), toll-free number for complaints and reports ( 8005550) by submitting
a letter from the supplier to purchase documents with a signature and stamp
during official working hours in exchange for a non-refundable fee as described
above and according to the addresses shown below.
2. The
bid is delivered in a sealed envelope sealed with red wax with the name of the
project and the tender number written on it, on or before the time specified
above for opening the envelopes to the following address: Small and Micro Enterprise
Development Agency, Aden Branch.
3. The
envelopes are opened at the headquarters of the Small and Micro Enterprise
Development Agency, Branch. Aden Governor's Corniche - Remy - Villa No. (19) -
Mansoura District - Aden - Republic of Yemen - Tel: (359081) Fax: (350924),
toll-free number for complaints and reports (8005550) according to the dates
specified above at the same hour and day mentioned in the presence of the
applicant suppliers or Their representatives and any bid submitted or received
after this date will be rejected and will be returned to its owner, sealed.
4. The
applicant must bring a copy of a valid tax card and a receipt for the purchase
of documents.
5. The
applicant must bring a copy of the sales tax registration certificate.
6. The
applicant must bring a copy of a valid insurance and zakat card.
7. The
applicant must commit to paying taxes according to the laws in force in the
country.
8. An
unconditional bank guarantee or a check accepted for payment in the amount
specified above shall be attached to the bid, valid for the period mentioned
above, starting from the date of opening the envelopes. Any bid not accompanied
by the bid guarantee will be rejected.
9. The
bid validity period is as specified above.
10. The
bid must be submitted in one original and two copies.
11. The
bid shall be submitted in the currency mentioned above, and any bid submitted
in a different currency will be excluded.
12. The
supplier must attach a pledge declaration form signed and stamped according to
the format specified in the tender document.
13. The
Small and Micro Enterprise Development Agency is not obligated to accept the
lowest bid or other bids.
