La société COSIDER Travaux Publics lance un Appel d’Offres National Restreint portant sur :
L’élaboration des études d’exécution pour le projet réalisation de deux tunnels.
Le présent appel d’offres s’adresse aux bureaux d’études, ayant des qualifications et références acquises sur au moins un (01) projet durant les dix (10) dernières années dans le domaine des études d’exécutions des travaux en souterrain (tunnels ferroviaires et/ou de métro et/ou routiers) et exécuté par la méthode traditionnelle (NATM ou similaire), justifiées par des attestations de bonne exécution délivrées par les maitres de l’ouvrage ou clients.
Les attestations des sociétés mères seront prises en considération.
Les soumissionnaires constitués en groupement de sociétés ne sont pas admis à participer à cet appel d’offres.
Le soumissionnaire devra joindre dans son offre une caution de soumission d’un montant supérieur ou égal à 1% du montant de l’offre en TTC.
Les soumissionnaires intéressés par le présent appel d’offres peuvent retirer le cahier des charges contre paiement en espèces de Vingt-cinq mille Dinars Algériens (25 000,00 DA) à l’adresse suivante :

The company COSIDER Travaux Publics is launching a Restricted National Call for Tenders relating to:
The development of execution studies for the project to build two tunnels.
This call for tenders is aimed at design offices, having qualifications and references acquired on at least one (01) project during the last ten (10) years in the field of execution studies of underground works ( railway and/or metro and/or road tunnels) and executed by the traditional method (NATM or similar), justified by certificates of good execution issued by the project owners or clients.
Certifications from parent companies will be taken into consideration.
Bidders formed as a group of companies are not allowed to participate in this call for tenders.
The bidder must include in his offer a bid security of an amount greater than or equal to 1% of the amount of the offer including tax.
Bidders interested in this call for tenders can withdraw the specifications against payment in cash of Twenty-five thousand Algerian Dinars (25,000.00 DA) at the following address:
