Tender for Provision of Services for Digital Media Promotion of Brand Hong Kong – Mainland

Description:

The contractor is required to undertake digital media promotion including planning, booking and advertisement coordination to promote Brand Hong Kong in the Mainland markets for a period of 13 months commencing in the period between 1 July 2024 and 31 July 2025 or on the date specified in the Letter of Acceptance, whichever is later.

Tenders:

For paper-based tendering, tenders must be clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender on the outside of the envelope (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) addressed to “The Chairman, Tender Opening Committee, Government Logistics Department” and deposited in the tender box located on Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong before 12:00noon (Hong Kong time) on Tuesday, 23 April 2024.

Tender Briefing:

A Tender briefing by video conference will be conducted in Cantonese and English at 4:00 p.m. on 20 March 2024 (Wednesday). Tenderers who wish to attend the briefing are requested to complete the Reply Slip provided in Annex 12 of the Tender documents and return the completed Reply Slip by fax (fax no. (852) 2524 9075) or email (email address: sanchan@isd.gov.hk) to the Brand Hong Kong Management Unit, Information Services Department (Attn.: Ms San Chan) on or before 18 March 2024 (Monday). For details, please refer to Annex 12 of the Tender documents.
