تعلن لجنة العطاءات الرئيسية بشركة سرت لإنتاج وتصنيع النفط والغاز عن طرح العطاء المبين أدناه في مناقصة عامة وذلك كما يلي: –

ملخص عن المشروع:

1. استبدال اثنين من المحولات المقومات الموجودين (RTF-1 وT/R TK-140) في أماكنهم الحالية، بما في ذلك أسلاك وتوصيلات التيار المتردد/المستمر. وتركيب صناديق ربط المصاعد الجديدة على طول مسار الأنابيب.

2. استبدال الأنودات الموجودة في الأحواض الأرضية السطحية.

9. الصيانة والتنظيف والطلاء للمحولات المقومات (RTF-2 وRTF-3) لاستعادة أدائها ومظهرها بما في ذلك تهيئة الغرف الموجود بها هذه المحولات

فعلى كافة الشركات المتخصصة والتي لديها الخبرة في هذا المجال والراغبة في المشاركة في العطاء المذكور أعلاه والتي تأنس في نفسها القدرة والكفاءة على التنفيذ الجيد لهذا المشروع الحضور إلى مكتب أمانة سر لجنة العطاءات الرئيسية بشركة سرت لإنتاج وتصنيع النفط والغاز بمرسى البريقة لسحب كراسة الشروط والمواصفات مقابل دفع المبلغ المبين قرين المشروع في شكل صك مصدق (صادر عن حساب الشركة وليس حساب شخصي) أو نقداً، (غير قابل للترجيع).

شروط تقديم العروض:

· تقدم العروض وفقاً لكراسة الشروط والمواصفات ومتطلبات تقديم العرض المرفقة بها وسوف لن يلتفت إلى العروض غير المستوفاة للشروط المطلوبة.

· يجب تقديم العروض في مظروفين منفصلين مغلقين بالشمع الأحمر ومختومين بختم مقدم العرض مع بيان اسم المشروع ورقم المناقصة. يتضمن المظروف الأول عرضاً فنياً من (أصل + صورتين + نسخة على قرص مضغوط) وعرض مالي غير مسعر، ويتضمن المظروف الثاني عرضاً مالياً من أصل وصورة.

· يرفق مع العرض المالي غير مسعر تأمين ابتدائي بقيمة (15,000 د.ل) دينار ليبي بموجب خطاب ضمان أو صك مصدق صادر من أحد المصارف العاملة بليبيا باسم شركة سرت لإنتاج وتصنيع النفط والغاز في ظرف منفصل مغلق ومشمع. ولن يقبل أي عرض ما لم يكن مصحوباً بالتأمين الابتدائي، يتم ترجيع قيمة التأمين الابتدائي لمن لم يرس عليه العطاء.

Project to modernize the cathode protection system at the Brega Refinery:

Summary of the project:

1. Replace two existing rectifier transformers (RTF-1 and T/R TK-140) in their existing locations, including AC/DC wiring and connections. Installation of new elevator connection boxes along the pipe route.

2. Replacement of existing anodes in surface ground basins.

3. Purchased and installed ninety-six (96) 2" x 60" high silicon cast iron canned anodes, including packing in coke to specifications and connected to 30 meters of wire.

4. Excavating cable trenches from the rectifier transformers (RTF-1, RTF-2, RTF-3, RTF- 140) to the anode junction boxes and from to the cathode (tanks), which includes excavation, laying wires, backfilling with fine sand, and covering the wires according to specifications. -Place alarm bar for negative wires. Finish backfilling and return the land to its original state.

5. Installation of (6) AJBs (anode junction boxes) with their supports and foundations.

6. Install three (3) Negative Circuit Control Boxes (NCCB).

7. Trench the wires from the rectifier transformers (T/R 140, RTF-1, RTF-2, and RTF-3) to the anode junction boxes.

8. Installation of thirty-two (32) permanent reference electrodes

9. Maintenance, cleaning and painting of transformers and rectifiers (RTF-2 and RTF-3) to restore their performance and appearance, including preparing the rooms in which these transformers are located.

Conditions for submitting offers:

· Bids will be submitted in accordance with the terms, specifications and bid submission requirements attached thereto, and bids that do not meet the required conditions will not be considered.

· Bids must be submitted in two separate envelopes sealed with red wax and stamped by the bidder, indicating the project name and tender number.
