根據社會文化司司長於二零二四年三月六日作出之批示，澳門大學—書院（W13、W14、W21、W22及W23）學生食堂膳食服務進行公開招標，提供服務的期間為二零二四年八月一日至二零二九年五月三十一日。
有意競投者可從二零二四年三月二十日起，於辦公日上午九時至下午一時及下午二時三十分至五時三十分前往中國澳門氹仔大學大馬路澳門大學，N6行政樓四樓，4012室採購處取得公開招標案卷副本，每份為澳門元壹佰元正（澳門元100.00），或可於澳門大學網頁（https://www.um.edu.mo/）內免費下載。
為了解競投標的之詳情，各競投者可最多派出兩名人員出席有關講解會及實地視察。講解會將安排於二零二四年三月二十五日下午三時正在中國澳門氹仔大學大馬路澳門大學，N6行政樓四樓，4009室舉行，而實地視察亦將安排於當天講解會後進行。
