PRESENTATION DE L’OFFRE & MODALITES DE SOUMISSION
Les présents termes de référence seront diffusés sur les sites internet d’ADISCO, de la MDE et Ired.org et autres sites spécialisés dans le recrutement.
L’offre devra comprendre : une lettre de motivation, un CV actualisé du consultant, une offre technique et une offre financière. La lettre de motivation devra indiquer la disponibilité du consultant pour la période.
La date limite de dépôt des offres est fixée au 15/04/2024 à 22H GMT. Les offres se font exclusivement par voie électronique envoyée simultanément à libere.bukobero@adisco.org, chantal.ntima@adisco.org, sabinebazi@gmail.com.
La mission est ainsi organisée en 15 jours comprenant les missions de terrain, voyage, débriefing, restitution et la rédaction des rapports.
L’offre financière doit couvrir tous les frais tels que les honoraires, les frais d’hôtel et de repas, les frais de secrétariat et de communication et les frais de déplacement internationaux toutes taxes comprises.
Les frais de déplacement locaux et des ateliers éventuels avec les acteurs sont à charge du commanditaire.
LIEU ET DUREE DE LA MISSION
La mission d’évaluation se déroule au Burundi dans la ville de Bujumbura et dans 3 provinces rurales: Karuzi (commune Bugenyuzi et Gihogazi) au centre-ouest du pays, à Kayanza (Commune Kabarore) et Ngozi (commune Busiga) au Nord. Le lieu exact devra être défini en concertation avec l’équipe de la MDE/ADISCO. Le lieu des prestations hors mission (analyse documentaire, préparation de la mission, rédaction des livrables) est laissé à la discrétion du consultant.
La mission devra être effectuée avant le 30/05/2024. Un délai minimum de 2 semaines doit être anticipé pour la relecture des livrables et l’envoi de commentaires par les commanditaires. Le travail complet (première version des livrables + relecture et commentaires + version finale) doit être clôturé avant le 15/06/2024.

PRESENTATION OF THE OFFER & SUBMISSION TERMS

The offer must include: a cover letter, an updated CV of the consultant, a technical offer and a financial offer. The cover letter must indicate the availability of the consultant for the period.

The evaluation mission is taking place in Burundi in the city of Bujumbura and in 3 rural provinces: Karuzi (Bugenyuzi and Gihogazi communes) in the center-west of the country, in Kayanza (Kabarore commune) and Ngozi (Busiga commune) in the North. The exact location must be defined in consultation with the MDE/ADISCO team. The location of the services outside the mission (documentary analysis, preparation of the mission, drafting of deliverables) is left to the discretion of the consultant.
The mission must be carried out before 05/30/2024. A minimum period of 2 weeks must be anticipated for the rereading of the deliverables and the sending of comments by the sponsors. The complete work (first version of deliverables + proofreading and comments + final version) must be closed before 06/15/2024 .
