تقوم جمعية تنمية المرأة الريفية في الضفة الغربية بتنفيذ مشروع " زيادة منافع عمل النساء والشباب وصغار المزارعين كرواد تغيير في سلسلة القيمة للخضروات الطازجة" بتمويل من المديرية البلجيكية للتعاون التنموي والمساعدات الإنسانية (DGD) بالشراكة مع مؤسسة اوكسفام.
الشركات المؤهلة/الافراد والمسجلة قانونياً مدعوة للمشاركة في هذه المنافسة من خلال الحصول على نسخة مجانية معتمدة من وثائق كراس عرض السعر من خلال زيارة مكتب الجمعية في أي يوم من الاثنين وحتى الخميس من الساعة 10:00 صباحاً وحتى 14:00 مساءً، وذلك على العنوان التالي: فلسطين، رام الله، المصيون، دوار التشريعي، عمارة صابات (بجوار عمارة واصل)، الطابق الثاني.

· الاسعار المقدمة غير شاملة لضريبة القيمة المضافة حيث ان المشروع معفي ضريبيا من وزارة المالية الفلسطينية، وهذا يتطلب اصدار فاتورة صفرية وخصم مصدر من قبل المورد الفائز بالعطاء لاحقا.
· جمعية تنمية المرأة الريفية غير ملزمة بالترسية بأقل سعر مقدم.
· سيتم رفض العطاءات غير المكتملة أو التي لا تلتزم بالحد الأدنى من الشروط والمتطلبات، أو التي يتم استلامها بعد انتهاء موعد التسليم المحدد.
· يجب التأكد من عملية توثيق استلام وتسليم العطاءات في سجلات الاستلام والتسليم الرسمية في مقر الجمعية.
· يتم تغطية رسوم النشر والإعلانات لهذا العطاء من الشركة التي يرسو عليها العطاء.
· يجب تقديم كفالة دخول العطاء بنسبة (5) % على الأقل من قيمة العرض المقدم.

The Association for the Development of Rural Women in the West Bank is implementing the project “Increasing the benefits of the work of women, youth and small farmers as change leaders in the value chain of fresh vegetables” with funding from the Belgian Directorate for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid (DGD) in partnership with the Oxfam Foundation .
Eligible and legally registered companies/individuals are invited to participate in this competition by obtaining a free certified copy of the bid documents by visiting the association’s office on any day from Monday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 14:00 pm, at the address Next: Palestine, Ramallah, Al-Masyoun, Legislative Circle, Sabat Building (next to Wasel Building), second floor .
