مشــــــــروع الاشغــــــــال العامــــــــة إعــــلان مناقصــــــــة رقم: WASH-PR-1 حصلت الجمهورية اليمنية عبر مشروع الاشغال العامة على منحة من البنك الدولي عبر مكتب خدمات المشاريع التابع للأمم المتحدة (UNOPS)ضمن المشروع الطاري لدعم راس المال البشري من خلال تنفيذ عدد من مشاريع المياه والصرف الصحي(WASH). وعلية يدعو مشروع الاشغال العامة جميع المقاولين المؤهلين وممن سبق لهم العمل في هذه المجالات والراغبين لتقديم عطاءاتهم عن طريق المناقصة لانشاء وإنجاز المشاريع الاتية وسيكون الدفع عبر مكتب خدمات المشاريع(UNOPS):-
سيتم بيع المظاريف حسب المجموعات وعلى المقاول الدخول وتقديم العطاء لمشاريع المجموعة كاملةً وسيتم التحليل كل مجموعة على حده والارساء على مقاول واحد لكل مجموعه ولن يتم النظر في العروض التي تقدم لجزء واحد من المجموعة. يمكن الحصول على وثائق المناقصات ابتداءً من تاريخ 07/04/2024 في مشروع الأشغال العامة الكائن في شارع المحروقات المتفرع من شارع الزبيري أمام سبأفون او مكاتب فروع المشروع في المحافظات وذلك مقابل رسوم نقدية لا ترد قيمتها 20 دولار لكل مشروع وعلى أن تقدم العطاءات مختومة بالشمع الأحمر باسم مدير المشروع وتسلم قبل الساعة الحادية عشر صباحاً في اليوم الموضح تاريخــه امــام المشروع واي ظرف يقدم بعد تلك المواعيد سيعاد لصاحبه. وعلى المقاول تعبئة البيانات المطلوبة في مستند العقد و توقيعها و ختمها و إرفاقها ويرفق مع كل عطاء ضمان بنكي غير مشروط وبنفس الصيغة المبينة في وثائق المناقصة ويجب أن تكون بالدولار الأمريكي ولن يقبل بأي عملةٍ أخرى وبحسب ما هو موضح امام كل مشـروع صالح لمدة 90 يوما اوشيك مقبول الدفع موضح علية اسم المشـروع موضـوع المناقصة وأسم المقاول لصالح مشروع الأشغال العامة مع صورة للبطاقة الضريبية والبطاقة التأمينية والزكوية سارية المفعول وكشف المشاريع التي سبق للمقاول تنفيذها ويفضل من له خبرة سابقة والمشروع غير ملزم بقبول اقل الاسعار أو اعطاء اكثر من مشروع للمقاول الواحد وبدون ابداء الاسباب كما ان الضمانات المشتركة لأكثر من مشروع غير مقبولة. وعلى المهندسين الاستشاريين الراغبين في الإشراف على هذه المشاريع كمهندسين مقيمين الحضور للتسجيل في إدارة المشروع. علماً أنه يمكنكم الاطلاع على هذا الإعلان على: موقع المشروع:www.pwpyemen.org الموقع اليمني للمناقصات:www.tendersofyemen.com |

Not the best public works Announcement Tender No.: WASH-PR-1 Through the Public Works Project, the Republic of Yemen obtained a grant from the World Bank through the United Nations Office of Project Services ( UNOPS ) within the emergency project to support human capital through the implementation of a number of water and sanitation ( WASH ) projects. Accordingly, the Public Works Project invites all qualified contractors who have previously worked in these fields and who wish to submit their bids through tender for the establishment and completion of the following projects. Payment will be made through the Office of Project Services ( UNOPS ):
The envelopes will be sold according to groups, and the contractor must enter and submit a bid for the entire groups projects. Each group will be analyzed separately and one contractor for each group will be awarded. Bids submitted for one part of the group will not be considered. Bidding documents can be obtained starting from 04/07/2024 in the Public Works Project located on Al-Mahroukat Street, branching off Al-Zubairi Street - in front of Sabafon, or the offices of the project branches in the governorates, in exchange for a non-refundable cash fee of $20 for each project , provided that bids are submitted. It is sealed with red wax in the name of the project manager and delivered before eleven oclock in the morning on the day whose date is indicated in front of the project. Any envelope submitted after those dates will be returned to its owner.
The contractor must fill out the data required in the contract document, sign it, seal it, and attach it. Each bid must be accompanied by an unconditional bank guarantee in the same format as indicated in the tender documents. It must be in US dollars, and no other currency will be accepted, according to what is stated in front of each project, valid for a period of approximately 90 days. Payment is acceptable, with the name of the project, the subject of the tender, and the name of the contractor for the Public Works Project indicated on it, along with a copy of the tax card, valid insurance and zakat card, and a list of projects that the contractor has previously implemented, preferably those with previous experience. The project is not obligated to accept the lowest prices or give more than one project to one contractor without giving reasons. Joint guarantees for more than one project are also unacceptable. Consulting engineers wishing to supervise these projects as resident engineers must come to register with the project management.
