CREATION, WRITING, PRINTING, PERSONALIZATION AND ROUTING / LIBERALITIES & PHILANTHROPY

As part of its strategy for developing resources from Liberalities and Philanthropy, ACF is issuing a call for tenders for Creation, writing, printing, personalization and routing. ACF therefore expects bidders to be specialized in these areas and to ask all relevant questions in order to assure ACF that the solutions proposed meet all of the services defined in this call for tenders.
Achieving the objectives defined in these specifications:

· Excellent quality of service;

· Control and optimization of costs;

· Compliance with contractual deadlines;

· Its ability to have the means and skills necessary to carry out the services;

· Data security and confidentiality

· Close and loyal cooperation in the execution of their respective obligations, particularly in terms of advice and proactivity;

· Fluid and respectful communication to ensure a good working relationship

· A commitment to cooperate with any third party designated by ACF, particularly in the context of reversibility.

The objective of the call for tenders is to solicit competitive offers and sign a two-year contract, renewable twice a year, with one or more service providers, for the provision of the following services divided into two lots (description mentioned in the technical CDC):

The service includes:

· LOT 1: creation and writing

· LOT 2: printing, personalization and routing (This lot includes printing of the various elements of the campaign, shaping, personalization of certain elements, enveloping, franking and postal delivery).

No. Bidders have the option to respond to the lot of their choice or to a combination of the two lots. ACF reserves the right to award all or part of one or more lots to any, one or more service providers.
