Description
IFC’s C3P shall hire a legal-regulatory (legal firm) to advise it and its client (a Granting Authority in Brazil) in the critical review and elaboration of technical aspects required for the structuring of a bundled concession for a set of suburban rails that are currently operated by a SOE.
IFC shall seek for engineering firms that can support:
- Legal-Institutional Scoping Report
- Regulatory Framework analysis and Improvements
- Land Survey and Diagnosis
- Risk Matrix
- Elaboration of technical annexes that will embed the concession agreement
- Support IFC, client and other consultants in the clarification of Q&A section of the bidding procedures
