تدعو محافظة بغداد / مديرية مجاري محافظة بغداد كافة المكاتب والشركات الاستشارية العراقية والأجنبية (الدولية) من ذوى الاختصاص والخبرة المهتمة الى تقديم طـــــــلب ابداء الاهتمام وذلك عن مشروع الخدمات الاستشـارية (العقد الاستشاري للإشراف وتقديم الاستشارات لمشروع مجاري النهروان /النهروان)

على الراغبين في المشاركة تقديم طلب ابداء الاهتمام مع توفير المتطلبات التالية:

1-تعريف بمقدم الطلب (الاسم والسيرة الموجزة (شركة - مكتب) ومجال اختصاصها وأقسامها والهيكل التنظيمي)

2-وثائق تسجيل المكتب او الشركة (او ما يمثلها في الدول الأجنبية مصدقة ومترجمة بالنسبة للشركات الأجنبية ) وحسب السياقات المعتمدة.

3-الخبرة المتخصصة المطلوبة للإعمال المماثلة التي سبق انجازها في نفس الاختصاص حيث تحتسب من ضمن المعايير والنقاط المعتمدة لاختيار الاستشاري.

4-الخبرة في تنفيذ المشاريع داخل العراق وخارجه خلال 10 سنوات الماضية.

5-معلومات عن كادر مقدم الطلب (السيرة الذاتية للكادر وخبرات الموظفين)

6-كتاب عدم ممانعة صادر من الهيئة العامة للضرائب للمكاتب العراقية أصلي ونافذ ومعنون الى محافظة بغداد في المرحلة الثانية.

7-المستمسكات الشخصية للمدير المفوض للمكتب الاستشاري والشركات الهندسية الاجنبية.

8-على الشركات والمكاتب الاستشارية مراجعة محافظة بغداد /قسم العقود لغرض استلام المتطلبات الخاصة بالمشروع ( الشروط المرجعية )

9-وفي حالة رغبتكم بالاستفسار يرجى مراجعة قسم العقود ومديرية مجاري محافظة بغداد

ستقوم لجنة مختصة في محافظة بغداد باختيار الاستشاريين الأفضل تأهيلا" بموجب تقييمها للمعلومات المقدمة أعلاه وأعداد قائمة مختصرة من الشركات المقدمة في مجال المهمة المراد تنفيذها ومن ثم دعوتهم لتقديم عطاءاتهم الفنية والمالية لاختيار الأفضل لتنفيذ المهمة الاستشارية.

تقدم الطلبات مع الوثائق المطلوبة داخل ظرف مغلق ومختوم على العنوان :مبنى محافظة بغداد /الصالحية/مقابل فندق المنصور

علما ان الموعد النهائي لتسليم بيانات ابداء الاهتمام هو الساعة الثانية عشر ظهرا من يوم (الخميس 30/5/2024 ) في قسم العقود /الطابق الثامن / مبنى محافظة بغداد. وسيتم رفض العطاءات المتأخرة .

Baghdad Governorate / Baghdad Governorate Sewerage Directorate invites all Iraqi and foreign (international) consulting offices and companies with interested expertise and experience to submit a request for expression of interest for the consulting services project (consulting contract to supervise and provide consultations for the Nahrawan / Nahrawan sewer project)

Those wishing to participate must submit an expression of interest request and provide the following requirements:

1- An introduction to the applicant (name, brief biography (company - office), field of expertise, departments, and organizational structure)

2- Registration documents of the office or company (or its representative in foreign countries, certified and translated for foreign companies), according to the approved contexts.

3-The specialized experience required for similar works previously completed in the same specialty is counted among the criteria and points approved for selecting the consultant.

4-Experience in implementing projects inside and outside Iraq during the past 10 years.

5- Information about the applicant’s staff (staff CV and staff experiences)

6- A letter of no objection issued by the General Authority for Taxes to the Iraqi offices, original, effective and addressed to the Baghdad Governorate in the second stage.

7-Personal documents of the authorized director of the consulting office and foreign engineering companies.

8- Companies and consulting offices must visit the Baghdad Governorate/Contracts Department for the purpose of receiving the requirements for the project (reference conditions).

9-If you wish to inquire, please review the Contracts Department and the Baghdad Governorate Sewerage Directorate

A specialized committee in Baghdad Governorate will select the best qualified consultants based on its evaluation of the information provided above and prepare a short list of companies submitted in the field of the task to be implemented, and then invite them to submit their technical and financial bids to choose the best to implement the consulting task.
