-    على المهتمين من ذوي الإختصاص والمصنفين في وزارة الأشغال العامة والإسكان حسب الفئة المبينة ازاء العطاء  بموجب شهادة تصنيف سارية المفعول صادرة عن دائرة العطاءات الحكومية مراجعة مديرية العطاءات في مبنى سلطة المياه الرئيسي في عمان الطابق السادس للإطلاع والحصول على نسخة من المناقصة المبينة ادناه مقابل المبلغ المبين ازاء العطاء و غير مستردة ثمناً لنسخة العطاء الواحد و على المناقص تقديم صورة عن شهادة التصنيف سارية المفعول عند شراء وثائق العطاء و لن تقبل اي شهادة غير سارية المفعول.

6-    اسم المناقص كما هو وارد في شهادة التصنيف.
-    سيتم استبعاد اي عرض مخالف لشروط الكفالة اعلاه.
-    موعد ايداع العروض كما هو مبين ازاء العطاء في صندوق سلطة المياه الطابق الاول.
-    يحق للجنة الشراء الرئيسية الغاء العطاء في اي وقت دون ابداء الاسباب و دون ان تتحمل سلطة المياه اي تبعات مالية او عقدية.
-    مدة صلاحية العرض (180) مائة و ثمانون يوما تقويميا من تاريخ ايداع العروض.
-    اجور الاعلان على من ترسو عليه المناقصة.
