استناداً لنظام المشتريات الحكومية رقم (8) لسنة 2022، تدعو وزارة التخطيط والتعاون الدولي المناقصين المتخصصين في توريد وتركيب (أسقف مستعارة) نخب أول للمشاركة فـي تقديم عروضهم ( مغلقة، موقعة ومختومة( لدى أمين سر اللجنة السيدة ليلى الحملاوي، مكتب رقم (B1-11)، وحسب الشروط والمواصفات الخاصة بـهذه الدعوة، موعد لا يتجاوز الساعة الواحدة من بعد ظهر يوم الأثنين الموافق 20/5/2024، مع إرفاق صورة عن شهادة السجل التجاري ورخصة مهن سارية المفعول بالعرض المقدم من قبلكم.

الشروط والمواصفات الفنية المطلوبة لتوريد وتركيب أسقف مستعارة

1. بلاط أسقف مستعارة كرتون (Mineral fiber) ماص للصوت 15 ملم، غير مفروز قياس (60*60) سم.

2. توريد شبكة حديد لبلاط الأسقف الكستعارة (60*60) سم من أجود الأنواع.

3. إحضار عينات للبلاط والجسور ليتم الموافقة عليها من قبل المعنيين في الوزارة، قبل التركيب.

4. يتم المحاسبة على أساس الأمتار التي يتم تركيبها فعلياً في كل مكتب.

5. المساحة التقديرية للأعمال كاملة تبلغ (900) متر مربع قابلة للزيادة أو النقصان.

6. أن يتم تنفيذ الأعمال المطلوبة بصورة هندسية وجودة عالية.

7. تقوم الوزارة بدفع كامل المستحقات المالية لدعوة الإستدراج بعد الإنتهاء من عملية التنفيذ والإستلام وبصورة نهائية من قبل المعنيين في الوزارة، وذلك حسب ما تم إنجازه فعلياً.

8. يقوم المناقص بتعبئة الجدول أدناه، وكما يلي:

ملاحظة هامة: المبلغ الإفرادي للمتر الواحد الوارد في الجدول أعلاه، يشمل البلاط والجسور وأجور التركيب وأية مواد أو مستلزمات يتم تركيبها لإتمام العمل المطلوب، وفي حالة زيادة أو نقصان الكميات التي يتم تركيبها عن المساحة التقديرية المذكور أعلاه يبقى السعر الإفرادي للمتر المربع المقدم في العرض دون اي تغيير.

الشروط الخاصة:

· أن تتم مباشرة العمل خلال فترة أقصاها أسبوع من تاريخ التبليغ.

· يتم الدفع بعد الانتهاء من التنفيذ والاستلام النهائي لكافة الأعمال، وحسب الكميات المنجزة فعلياً.

· سيتم توقيع إتفاقية مع المناقص الفائز تبين الشروط والإلتزامات لكل فريق، والمدد الزمنية لتنفيذ الأعمال المطلوبة.

· تلتزم الشركة بتقديم تأمين حسن تنفيذ على شكل كفالة بنكية أو شيك مصدق صادر عن أحد البنوك العاملة في المملكة بمبلغ (10%) من القيمة الإجمالية للإحالة.

الشروط العامة:

· أن تكون الأسعار بالدينار الأردني شاملة التوريد والتركيب وكافة الضرائب والضريبة العامة على المبيعات وأية رسوم اضافية.

· يعتبر قرار الإحالة نافذ المفعول اعتباراً من تاريخ تبليغ المتعهد بالقرار وتوقيعه على قرار الإحالة.

· يتم تطبيق نظام المشتريات الحكومية رقم (8) لسنة 2022، وتعليمات تنظيم إجراءات نظام المشتريات الحكومية لسنة 2022.

طريقة تقييم العروض

سيتم تقييم العروض المتقدمة وفق المادة 29، من تعليمات تنظيم إجراءات نظام المشتريات الحكومية لسنة 2022.

Technical conditions and specifications required for the supply and installation of false ceilings

1. Sound- absorbing cardboard ( mineral fiber ) false ceiling tiles, 15 mm, unfrosted, size (60*60) cm.

2. Supplying iron mesh for false ceiling tiles (60*60) cm of the finest quality.

3. Bring samples of tiles and bridges to be approved by those concerned in the Ministry, before installation.

4. Billing is based on the meters actually installed in each office.

5. The estimated area for the entire works is (900) square meters, subject to increase or decrease.

6. The required works must be carried out in an engineering manner and of high quality.

7. The Ministry pays the full financial dues for the solicitation invitation after the completion of the implementation process and its final receipt by those concerned in the Ministry, according to what has actually been accomplished.

8. The bidder fills out the table below, as follows:

General Conditions:

· Prices must be in Jordanian dinars and include supply, installation, all taxes, general sales tax, and any additional fees.

· The referral decision shall be considered effective as of the date the contractor is notified of the decision and his signature on the referral decision.

· Government Procurement System No. ( 8 ) of 2022 , and the instructions for regulating government procurement system procedures for the year 2022, will be implemented.

How to evaluate offers

Advanced offers will be evaluated in accordance with Article 29 of the Instructions Regulating Government Procurement System Procedures for the year 2022.
