The West Bank Rural Women's Development Association is implementing the project “ Improving access to water, promoting environmental conservation and expanding knowledge about environmental issues for the most vulnerable families in the village of Idna, with funding from  Manos Unidas

Qualified and legally registered companies are invited to participate in this competition by obtaining a certified copy of the bidding documents by visiting the association’s office any day from Monday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 14:00 pm, at the following address: Palestine, Ramallah. Allah, Al-Masyoun, Legislative Circle, Sabat Building (next to Wasel Building), second floor .

GENERAL CONDITIONS  

· The prices provided include value-added tax, as the project is not tax exempt from the Palestinian Ministry of Finance, and this requires issuing an invoice and a source deduction by the supplier who wins the bid later .

· The Rural Women's Development Association is not obligated to award the lowest price offered .

· Bids that are incomplete, do not adhere to the minimum conditions and requirements, or are received after the specified delivery date will be rejected .

· Companies applying for competition must attach a bidding guarantee that is not less than 5% of the value of the financial offer .

· The process of documenting the receipt and delivery of bids must be ensured in the official receipt and delivery records at the association’s headquarters .

· Publication and advertising fees for this bid are covered by the company to which the bid is awarded .

· The purchase price for bidding brochures is $100
