حصلت الجمهورية اليمنية عبر مشروع الأشغال العامة على تمويل من مشروع التنمية المستدامة لمصايد الأسماك في البحر الأحمر وخليج عدن(SFISH) تمويل البنك الدولي عبر برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي UNDP وسوف يتم استخدام جزء من هذه المنحة لسداد المدفوعات المعتمدة بموجب العقد الموقع استنادا إلى هذه الدعوة.

سيتم ترتيب زيارة لموقع التوريد والتركيب في الدوكيارد عدن يوم الخميس 13/6/2024 لمعاينة الموقع وعلى الموردين الراغبين في تقديم عطاءاتهم ضرورة حضور هذه الزيارة ولن تقبل العطاءات للموردين الذين لم يحضروا الزيارة في الموعد المحدد

 يقدم العطاء في مظروف مغلق ومختوم بالشمع الأحمر إلى العنوان الموضح أعلاه ومكتوب عليه اسم الجهة والمشروع ورقم المناقصة، واسم مقدم العطاء، وفي طيه الوثائق التالية:

1. ضمان بنكي غير مشروط بمبلغ مقطوع قدره 9,500 دولار، صالح لمدة 120 يوماً من تاريخ فتح المظاريف، أو شيك مقبول الدفعيوضح فيه اسم المورد وموضوع الضمان.

2. البطائق الضريبية والزكوية والتأمينية سارية المفعول + صورة من شهادة ضريبة المبيعات

3. صورة من شهادة مزاولة المهنة والسجل التجاري سارية المفعول

4. العينات والكتالوجات حسب ما هو موضح في وثيقة المناقصة.  ولن يتم اعطاء أي هامش تفضيل للبضائع المنتجة محليا.

تستثنى الشركات الاجنبية من تقديم الشهادات والبطاقات المشار اليها انفا ويكتفي بتقديم الوثائق القانونية المؤهلة الصادرة من البلدان التي تنتمي اليها الشركات

- آخر موعد لاستلام العطاءات وفتح المظاريف هو الساعة الحادية عشرة ظهرا يوم الخميس 2024/07/04 ولن تقبل العطاءات التي ترد بعد هذا الموعد وسيتم إعادتها مغلقة.

The Republic of Yemen, through the Public Works Project, obtained funding from the Sustainable Development of Fisheries in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden ( SFISH ) project, financing from the World Bank through the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) . Part of this grant will be used to make the payments approved under the contract signed based on this call.

The Public Works Project invites the approved suppliers wishing to participate in this tender to submit their written applications during official working hours to the project headquarters located on Al-Muharakat Street, branching off Al-Zubairi Street, phone 01409287, fax 01409303 , or the project branch in Aden to purchase tender documents for an amount of one hundred US dollars, which will not be refunded. The deadline for selling documents is Thursday, 06/27/2024

A visit will be arranged to the supply and installation site at the Dockyard Aden on Thursday 6/13/2024 to inspect the site. Suppliers wishing to submit their bids must attend this visit. Bids will not be accepted for suppliers who do not attend the visit on the specified date.

The bid shall be submitted in a closed envelope sealed with red wax to the address shown above, with the name of the entity, the project, the tender number, and the name of the bidder written on it, and enclosed with the following documents:

1. An unconditional bank guarantee for a lump sum of $9,500 , valid for 120 days from the date of opening the envelopes, or an accepted check stating the name of the supplier and the subject of the guarantee.

2. Valid tax, zakat and insurance cards + a copy of the sales tax certificate

3. A copy of a valid professional practice certificate and commercial register

4. Samples and catalogs as described in the tender document. No margin of preference will be given to locally produced goods.

Foreign companies are excluded from submitting the certificates and cards referred to above, and it is sufficient to submit qualified legal documents issued by the countries to which the companies belong.

The last date for receiving bids and opening envelopes is eleven o’clock noon on Thursday, 07/04/2024. Bids received after this date will not be accepted and will be returned closed.

The envelopes will be opened at the project management headquarters or in the Aden branch simultaneously in the presence of the bidders or their representatives with an official, signed and stamped authorization.
