The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) hereinafter referred to as “WBG” invites interested parties to respond to this Request for Information for Talent Acquisition Suite project.

 

This RFI is issued for the purpose of obtaining information concerning market conditions and vendor capability in order to allow the WBG to refine its requirements and to better understand what is currently available on the commercial marketplace. 

 

Interested firms must have at least 5 years of experience providing/implementing Talent Acquisition Suite inclusive of Recruitment Marketing (RM), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), intelligent automation enabled Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Onboarding, to large organizations (20,000+ employees) with global footprint and multiple subsidiaries similar to World Bank Group.
