Service Requirements: Work requirements ) :

1- Working Hours: 08:00 A.M-05:00 P.M, One hour rest from 01:00P.M to 02:00 P.M can be modified according to the workload

(Working hours are from 8:00 am to 5 pm, with a break from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm)

2- All-inclusive service: Includes fuel, driver, maintenance, and insurance if applicable , the driver will be responsible to bear all liability in case of incident or accident.

(Comprehensive service: includes fuel, driver, maintenance, insurance, if any, and any accidents are the responsibility of the driver)

3- Coverage area: Unlimited kilometers within the governorate, Movement within the governorate, and limited travels to other governorates if needed

Car Requirements :

1- Two SUV Cars with model manufactured in 2019 or later. (( 2 four-wheel drive cars, model 2019 or later

2- Two Mini Van/bus with model manufactured in 2019 or later. ( 2 minivans/buses, model year 2019 or later)

3- Two Pickup Cars with model manufactured in 2019 or later. ( 2 pickups, model year 2019 or later)

- The Driver should filed the attached Quotation include the Price per day and provide the below decuments :

The applicant driver must fill out the attached offer form with the required price for each working day and make sure to send the required documents:

· Personal Iraqi ID (civil identification or unified card)

· Valid Driver License (valid driving license)

· Car registration (car annual or agency)

· Picture of the Car (picture of the car)

· Residencey (Residence card

All must be submitted before 27th of June 2027 at 17:00 (Iraq time) through the link below

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids

Drivers will be selected based on residential address and if you are shortlisted, you will be contacted for a test drive and technical evaluation of the vehicle.
