service aims to expand and optimize these ITSM functions to further elevate IT
service maturity level. This phase is driven by the need for sustained
development, optimization, and alignment to evolving business demands.
What to Procure:
The objective of this program is to select a supplier for a 3-year contract to
provide the Bank with the following services. a) Implementation service for
ServiceNow development and optimization. b) Support and maintenance services.
