2.    تفتح المظاريف في مقر وكالة تنمية المنشآت الصغيرة والأصغر/ الدور الأول (قاعة الاجتماعات الرئيسية) / فج عطان – خلف ميزان الحميري/ صنعاء/الجمهورية اليمنية، حسب الموعد المحدد بحضور الموردين المتقدمين أو مندوبيهم وأي عطاء يقدم أو يصل بعد هذا الموعد سوف يعاد إلى صاحبه مقفولاً.
3.    على المتقدم احضار صورة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول وإحضار سند شراء الوثائق.
4.    على المتقدم احضار صورة من شهادة تسجيل ضريبة المبيعات سارية المفعول. 
5.    على المتقدم احضار صورة من البطاقة التأمينية والبطاقة الزكوية ساريتي المفعول. 
6.    على المتقدم احضار صورة شهادة مزاولة المهنة سارية المفعول.
7.    على المتقدم الالتزام بدفع الضرائب بحسب القوانين السارية في البلاد. 
8.    يرفق مع العطاء ضمان بنكي غير مشروط او شيك مقبول الدفع بالمبلغ المحدد اعلاه صالح للفترة المذكورة اعلاه ابتداء من تاريخ فتح المظاريف وسيرفض اي عطاء غير مصحوب بضمان المناقصة.
9.    مدة صلاحية العطاء حسب ما هو محدد أعلاه. 
10.    يقدم العطاء بالعملة المذكورة اعلاه، وسيتم استبعاد اي عطاء يتم تقديمة بعملة مغايرة.
