Subject: Submitting price offers for providing consulting services in the fields of:

· Tender 1: Operational Implementation and Capacity Building Service for 20 Civil Society Organizations in Aden EU CSOs

· Tender 2: Establishing a monitoring mechanism to measure changes in individual and organizational capacities with selected civil society organizations in Aden EU CSOs

CARE International Yemen invites qualified and interested companies to submit price offers to obtain the tender documents from the office at the address below. However, no single company will be selected to take both tenders together due to the supervisory nature of one of the two tenders over the other.

The offers must include the following files:

Bids must be submitted signed and sealed in a sealed envelope sealed with red wax and must be accompanied by the following:

· A copy of a valid tax card

· A copy of a valid commercial register.

· The quote must be valid for one year.

· The applicant must have relevant experience in performing similar work and working with other organizations or entities in the same field.

· The bid must contain a technical and financial proposal as specified in the Terms of Reference and must be signed or stamped, otherwise the bid will be disqualified from the competition.

· Bidding is in dollars and payment will be in dollars.

· The bid will be considered void if any of the above conditions are violated.

· Tender papers can be obtained by coming to the office at the address specified above during working hours until the last date, which is Thursday 7/25/2024.

· If you have any questions or comments, please send them via email ( yem.expressofinterest@care.org ) until Sunday 07-28-2024 and you will be provided with responses. Any questions sent after this date will not be answered.

· The last date for submitting bids in sealed envelopes to the office - Aden is Sunday 04/08/2024 at 11:00 AM to the organization's office in Aden as shown above. Any bid submitted after the specified time will not be received.

CARE International reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of the bids without giving reasons.

Note that the organization is not obligated to award the lowest bid.

· Tender 2: Setting-up of monitoring mechanism for CSO capacities – Aden -EU CSOs

CARE International - Yemen invites qualified and interested companies to submit price offers , bids docs can be obtained from the office in address below ,provided that one company will not be selected to take the two tenders together due to the nature of one of the two tenders monitoring the other.

· The bid must contain a technical offer and a financial offer as described in the terms of reference and must be signed or sealed, unless the bid will be excluded from the competition.

· The bid will be submitted in dollars and payment will be in dollars.

· The bid will be considered canceled if any of the above conditions are violated.

· The papers for both tenders can be obtained by coming to the office through the above address at working hours until the last date on Thursday 25/07/2024.

· If you have any inquiries or comments, please send them via email (yem.expressofinterest@care.org ) until Sunday, 28-07-2024. You will be provided with the responses, and any inquiries sent after this date will not be answered.

· The deadline for submitting bids in closed envelopes to CARE Aden is Sunday, 04/08/2024, no later than 11 a.m. to the organization’s office in Aden as described above. Any bid submitted after the specified time will not be received.
