تعلن بلدية نابلس عن طرح العطاء التالي وذلك بطريقة الظرف المختوم

1. تود بلدية نابلس استخدام جزء من مخصصاتها ضمن موازنة العام 2024 وبالاستناد الى حجز المخصص المالي لتسديد المبالغ المستحقة ضمن عقد عطاء شراء شاحنة قلاب مستعمل
2. تدعو بلدية نابلس المناقصين ذوي الأهلية الى تقديم عروضهم بالظرف المختوم
3. ستتم المناقصة العامة من خلال طلب عطاءات تنافسية محلية وفقا لمقتضيات قانون الشراء العام رقم8 لعام2014 ولائحته التنفيذية، وهي مفتوحة لكل المناقصين ذوي الأهلية
4. يمكن للمناقصين المؤهلين والمهتمين الحصول على معلومات إضافية من بلدية نابلس وكذلك فحص وثائق المناقصة على العنوان المبين أدناه وذلك من الساعة العاشرة صباحا إلى الساعة الثانية ظهرة من أيام السبت الى الخميس، أو عبر البوابة الموحدة للشراء العام.
5. يمكن للمناقصين المهتمين الحصول على وثائق المناقصة من العنوان المبين أدناه، بعد دفع رسوم غير مستردة مقدارها (300)شيقل او ما يعادلها بالعملات الاخرى.
6. یجب تسلیم العطاءات في العنوان المبین أسفل الدعوة قبل الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهرا من يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 30/07/2024 والعطاءات الإلكترونیة غير مقبولة ویجب أن تكون صلاحیة العطاءات ساریة لمدة 90 يوما بعد التاریخ النھائي لتسلیم العطاءات كما ھو مبین في جدول بیانات المناقصة
7. يجب أن يكون يرفق مع العطاء كفالة دخول المناقصة بمبلغ (9,500.00) شيقل او ما يعادلها بالعملات الاخرى ويكون سريان المفعول لمدة (120) يوما تبدأ من تاريخ آخر يوم لتسليم العروض المعلن للعطاء العطاءات التي تصل بعد التاريخ والوقت المحددين سيتم استبعادها، سيتم فتح العروض بحضور المناقصين أو ممثليهم والذين يرغبون بذلك على العنوان المشار اليه ادناه في تمام الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهرا بتاريخ 30/07/2024
8. العطاءات التي تصل بعد التاریخ والوقت المحددین سیتم استبعادھا، وسیتم فتح العطاءات بحضور ممثلي المناقصین الذین یرغبون في ذلك في العنوان المبین أدناه من يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 30/07/2024 الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهرا

Nablus Municipality announces the following tender by sealed envelope method:
Used Dump Truck Tender
Tender No. (NM/GM/2024/024)
1. Nablus Municipality would like to use part of its allocations within the 2024 budget, based on the reservation of the financial allocation, to pay the amounts due under the tender contract for the purchase of a used dump truck.
2. Nablus Municipality invites qualified bidders to submit their bids in sealed envelopes.
3. The public tender will be conducted through a request for local competitive bids in accordance with the requirements of Public Procurement Law No. 8 of 2014 and its executive regulations, and is open to all qualified bidders.
4. Qualified and interested bidders can obtain additional information from Nablus Municipality and inspect the tender documents at the address shown below from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm from Saturday to Thursday, or through the unified portal for public procurement .
5. Interested bidders may obtain the tender documents from the address shown below, after paying a non-refundable fee of (300) shekels or its equivalent in other currencies .
6. Bids must be delivered to the address indicated below the invitation before 12:00 noon on Tuesday 07/30/2024. Electronic bids are not accepted. Bids must be valid for 90 days after the final date for submitting bids as indicated in the tender data table.
7. The bid must be accompanied by a bid entry guarantee in the amount of (9,500.00) shekels or its equivalent in other currencies, and it shall be valid for a period of (120) days starting from the date of the last day for submitting the announced bids for the bid. Bids that arrive after the specified date and time will be excluded. The bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to do so at the address indicated below at exactly twelve o’clock noon on 07/30/2024.
