REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) PR12657713 – VIDEOGRAPHY AND PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES
The U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi invites competitive quotes for a qualified and professional contractor to provide Videography and Photography services for multiple events of the American Embassy, Abu Dhabi, UAE. If you would like to submit a quotation, carefully follow the instructions given in the solicitation package attached to this notice.
Quotations are due by August 9, 2024, at 10:00 am (local time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted. quotation must be submitted electronically to AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov with subject line “Quotation Enclosed – RFQ No. PR12657713”.
Important Note: Quoters must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their quote as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of quote submission may deem the quoter’s bid to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, quoters are highly encouraged to register immediately, if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
