يتم تقديم العطاء في ظرف مغلق بالشمع الأحمر يحتوي على مظروفين منفصلة:

1.    ظرف خاص بالعطاء الفني.
2.    ظرف خاص بالعطاء المالي يتضمن الضمان البنكي.

The bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with red wax containing two separate envelopes:

1. A special envelope for the technical bid.
2. A special envelope for the financial bid including the bank guarantee.
