شرکت گاز استان کردستان در نظر دارد به استناد قانون مناقصات و بعد از ارزیابی کیفی مناقصه گران ، مناقصه با مشخصات زیر را از طریق سامانه تدارکات الکترونیکی دولت (ستاد ) برگزار و به پیمانکار واجد شرایط واگذار نماید.
کلیه مراحل برگزاری مناقصه (دریافت استعلام ارزیابی کیفی ،ارائه اسناد ارزیابی کیفی ، دریافت اسناد مناقصه ، ارائه پیشنهاد قیمت ،بازگشایی پاکتها) به صورت الکترونیکی و از طریق درگاه سامانه تدارکات الکترونیکی دولت (ستاد )انجام خواهد گرفت.
۱-مناقصه گزار : شرکت گاز استان کردستان
۲-موضوع مناقصه : خرید ،نصب و راه اندازی دوربین مداربسته جهت تاسیسات و اماکن در سطح شرکت گاز استان کردستان
۳-محل اجرای پروژه : سطح استان کردستان
۴- مدت زمان اجرای کار: ۸ ماه
۵-میزان تضمین شرکت در مناقصه وانجام تعهدات:
مبالغ ضمانتنامه های شرکت در مناقصه وانجام تعهدات و… مطابق مصوبه هیات وزیران به شماره ۱۲۳۴۰۲/ت۵۰۶۵۹هـ مورخ ۲۲ /۹/ ۹۴ محاسبه می گردد. ضمناً مبالغ مقطوع ضمانتنامه ها در سایر اسناد مناقصه اعلام می گردد .
۶-شرایط متقاضیان :

۷- ارائه گواهینامه صلاحیت ایمنی معتبر از وزارت تعاون ،کار و رفاه اجتماعی یا گواهی موقت از مرجع ذیربط

۷- نحوه دریافت اسناد استعلام ارزیابی کیفی مناقصه گران : کلیه مراحل برگزاری فراخوان ارزیابی از طریق درگاه سامانه تدارکات الکترونیکی دولت (ستاد) به آدرس www.setadiran.ir انجام خواهد شد .لازم است مناقصه گران در صورت عدم عضویت قبلی ، مراحل ثبت نام در سایت مذکور و دریافت گواهی امضای الکترونیکی را جهت شرکت در مناقصه محقق سازند .
