تعلن منظمة الاغــاثة الاســــلامية عن رغبتها في اعلان المناقصة العامة رقم IRY/2024/ITT/008  الخاصة بتوريد وتوصيل خلايا النحل ومعدات تربية النحل - مديرية بيت الفقية - محافظة الحديدة، فعلى المؤهلين تقديم عطاءاتهم وذلك وفقاً للشروط والوثائق الأساسية للعطاء والبيانات الموضحة أدناه وبحسب التفاصيل والنماذج المعتمدة من منظمة الإغاثة الإسلامية.

الوثائق المطلوبة : -

1.    يرفق مع العطاء ضمان بنكي أو شيك مقبول الدفع بمبلغ وقدره (5%  من قيمة العطاء وبنفس عملة العطاء) صالح لمدة 90 يوماً من تاريخ فتح المظاريف.
2.    بطاقة ضريبية سارية المفعول ، البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول
3.    نموذج تسجيل بيانات المورد و نموذج التحقق والفحص للمورد.
4.    سجل تجاري ساري المفعول.
5.    عقود سابقة لاخر خمس سنوات في نفس المجال مع المنظمات المحلية او الدولية.

· يتم تحميل الوثائق الخاصة بالمناقصة ابتداء من يوم الأربعاء 31/07/2024.

· يتم استلام عروض الأسعار من المتقدمين وجميع الوثائق بظرف مغلق بالشمع الاحمر في يوم الثلاثاء 13/08/2024 من الساعة 10:00 صباحا حتى الساعة 01:00 ظهراً في مكتب الاغاثة الاسلامية في صنعاء ولن يقبل أي عرض يرد إلينا بعد هذا الموعد. 

· سيتم فتح المضاريف في يوم الأربعاء الموافق 14/08/2024 تمام الساعة 10:30 صباحاً في مكتب الاغاثة الاسلامية - صنعاء. 

· سيتم إستلام جميع الاستفسارات على الايميل الاتي: tendering@iryemen.org في موعد اقصاه 08- 08- 2024.

The required documents : -

1. The bid must be accompanied by a bank guarantee or an acceptable check in the amount of (5% of the bid value and in the same bid currency) valid for 90 days from the date of opening the envelopes.
2. A valid tax card, a valid zakat card.
3. Supplier data registration form and supplier verification and inspection form.
4. A valid commercial register.
5. Previous contracts for the last five years in the same field with local or international organizations.

· Tender documents will be uploaded starting from Wednesday 07/31/2024.

· Quotations from applicants and all documents will be received in a sealed envelope with red wax on Tuesday 08/13/2024 from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM at the Islamic Relief office in Sana'a. Any offer received after this date will not be accepted. 

· Envelopes will be opened on Wednesday 08/14/2024 at 10:30 AM at the Islamic Relief Office - Sana'a. 

· All inquiries will be received on the following email:  tendering@iryemen.org No later than  08-08-2024.
