الف ) مناقصه گزار : شرکت آب منطقه ای آذربایجان شرقی 

ب) موضوع مناقصه : شرکت آب منطقه ای آذربایجان شرقی در نظر دارد مناقصه خرید 4 دستگاه دیزل ژنراتور مورد نیاز طرح سد و شبکه آجی چای طبق شرایط و مشخصات فنی مندرج در اسناد مناقصه و با بهره گیری از سامانه تدارکات الکترونیکی دولت  با شماره مناقصه (شماره سیستمی)  ۲۰۰۳۰۰۱۱۸۶۰۰۰۰۲۲ بصورت الکترونیکی برگزار نماید.

ج) نوع و مبلغ تضمین شرکت در مناقصه:

مبلغ تضمین شرکت در مناقصه 5/000/000/000  ریال می باشد که باید ضمن درج و بارگذاری تصویر آن در سامانه تدارکات الکترونیکی دولت  اصل آن نیز بصورت فیزیکی در (پاکت الف) و به یکی از شکل های ذیل ارائه گردد.

1- رسید بانکی واریز نقدی به حساب IR180100004001116207144952  نزد بانک مرکزی جمهوری اسلامی ایران بنام تمرکز وجوه سپرده (بودجه عمومی).

2- ضمانت نامه بانکی                (هر دو مورد به نام متقاضی و به نفع شرکت آب منطقه ای آذربایجان شرقی باشد.)

 (به پیشنهادهای فاقد سپرده،سپرده های مخدوش ،سپرده های کمترازمیزان مقرر،چک شخصی و نظایر آن ترتیب اثر داده نخواهد شد.)

دـ)محل،زمان و مهلت دریافت اسناد، محل تحویل و گشایش پیشنهادها:

کلیه تولید کنندگان داخلی واجد شرایط و یا یکی از نمایندگان رسمی داخلی آنها که داوطلب شرکت در مناقصه می باشند باید در سامانه ستادایران  ثبت نام نموده وگواهی امضای الکترونیکی (توکن)دریافت نمایند. ثبت نام کنندگان در سامانه مذکور با پرداخت مبلغ خرید اسنادمناقصه از طریق سامانه(واریز به حساب IR440100004001116204020890 نزد بانک مرکزی جمهوری اسلامی ایران به نام تمرکز وجوه درآمد شرکت های دولتی آب منطقه ای آذربایجان شرقی) پس از درج آگهی نوبت دوم به سامانه  ستادایران مراجعه و نسبت به دریافت اسناد مناقصه اقدام نمایند(مهلت دریافت اسناد مناقصه در سامانه ستادایران درج شده است).

ضمناً رعایت موارد ذیل الزامی است:

1- علاقمندان به شرکت در مناقصه می بایست جهت ثبت نام و دریافت گواهی امضای الکترونیکی (توکن) به دفاتر منتخب پیشخوان دولت در سراسر ایران مراجعه نمایند.(لیست دفاتر منتخب درسامانه ستادایران درج شده است).شماره تماس مرکز راهبری و پشتیبانی سامانه:  41934 – 021 می باشد.

2- برگزاری مناقصه و کلیه مراحل فرآیند آن شامل خرید و دریافت اسناد مناقصه و اسناد ارزیابی کیفی، ثبت کلیه مدارک مربوط به اسناد ارزیابی کیفی  و پاکت الف ( تضمین شرکت در مناقصه) پاکت ب (اسناد خواسته شده در شرایط مناقصه) پاکت ج (قیمت پیشنهادی)  و... از طریق سامانه تدارکات الکترونیکی دولت     می باشد.

3- شرکت کنندگان درمناقصه ضمن تکمیل و بارگذاری کلیه مدارک مربوط به اسناد ارزیابی کیفی و مدارک و مجوزهای درخواستی و پاکت الف (تضمین شرکت در مناقصه) وپاکت ب ( اسنادخواسته شده در شرایط مناقصه)وپاکت ج (قیمت پیشنهادی)  درسامانه ستادایران باید اصل پاکت الف( تضمین شرکت در مناقصه) را پس از مهر و امضا بصورت سربسته و لاک و مهر شده و بصورت فیزیکی تا مهلت مقرر در سامانه ستادایران  به نشانی تبریز -  بلوار 29 بهمن- شرکت آب منطقه ای آذربایجان شرقی -  دفتر حراست  شرکت تحویل نمایند.

A) Tenderer : East Azerbaijan Regional Water Company 

B) Subject of tender : East Azerbaijan Regional Water Company intends to tender for the purchase of 4 diesel generators required for the Aji Chai dam and network project according to the conditions and technical specifications contained in the tender documents and using the government's electronic procurement system with tender number ( system number) 2003001186000022 electronically.

c) Type and amount of guarantee for participating in the tender:
