Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is pleased to invite bids from eligible Small Class (W4) Contractors for the work “Civil repair and maintenance of Pre Engineered GIS building, security barrak roofing’s & chain link fencing maintenance at Singaygaon Substation, Pasakha”, as defined in the bidding document.

The prospective bidders must sign and submit the Integrity Pact and Bid submission form provided in the Bidding Document and a scanned copy of the Bid Security as stipulated in the Bid Document in Ariba e-procurement. The original copy of the Bid Security shall be submitted to any BPC offices before the Bid opening.

Bids complete in all respects, along with the duly signed Integrity Pact and Bid form, may be submitted through Ariba e-procurement on or before 1400 hours on August 30, 2024, and the Bids shall be opened on the same day at 14:30 hours.

BPC reserves the right to reject or accept the Bids or annul the bidding process without assigning any reason.
