Etihad Water & Electricity (Previously the Federal Electricity and Water Authority) hereby invites tenderers from qualified firms who are registered in the UAE and duly licensed for the above tender against a non-refundable fee of Dhs 3,000 (Three Thousand Dirhams Only). 

Conditions to participate & collect the tender documents:

· The company must be registered on the EtihadWE vendors list. In case the company is not registered, they must complete the registration process to be able to participate in the tender. The tenderer must be a UAE national, individual, a company owned by nationals, or a company in which 51% of the share capital is owned by nationals, a Free Zone Company, branch of GCC and foreign companies having local offices in the UAE.

· Offers should be accompanied by an unconditional bid-bond of 5% of the tender offer valid for 180 days from the last date of tender submission. The tender bond must be submitted before the date and time of the technical opening, by hand; otherwise, the offer will be rejected.

· It should be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the tenderer’s name, tender number, and addressed to: VP Supply Chain, Etihad Water & Electricity, P.O. Box: 1672, Dubai.

· The said bid-bond should be issued by a bank operating in the UAE and under the name of the company which purchased the tender documents.

· The offers shall be valid for 180 days from the last date of submission.

Payment channel & conditions:

Payment shall be through the electronic portal (SRM) after reading and accepting the following condition: The tenderer must, before purchasing the tender, fulfill the conditions of participation in it and be qualified according to the commercial and professional license to carry out its work. Otherwise, the offer may be rejected due to inadequacy and no refund will be issued by EtihadWE.

Proposal submission details:

· Tenders shall be submitted through the SAP SRM ONLINE system. 

· The last date to purchase the tender is Thursday, 22/08/2024.

· The last date of submission and opening of the tender is Monday, 16/09/2024 at 12:00 PM.

· Once sold in the name of any intending firm, tender documents are not transferable to any other party.

· This notice is a complementary part of the tender documents.

· The commercial offer's opening date will be announced later.
