تعلن جمعية التنمية الزراعية "الإغاثة الزراعية" عن رغبتها باستدراج عروض فنية ومالية بالظرف المغلق والمختوم ضمن مشروع تطبيق حلول طبيعية في معالجة المياه وإعادة استخدامها في فلسطين الممول من التعاون الاسباني، والمنفذ من قبل جمعية التنمية الزراعية (الإغاثة الزراعية) وتدعو الشركات والمؤسسات المتخصصة للاشتراك.

سيركز هذا البرنامج التدريبي على تطوير مهارات ومعرفة المزارعين بالممارسات الفضلى لإعادة استخدام المياه المعالجة في القطاع الزراعي، وتدريبهم على موضوعات محددة في مجال استخدام المياه المعالجة في الزراعة.

الفئة المستهدفة: مزارعين ومزارعات المستفيدين من المياه المعالجة الناتجه عن محطات التنقية في المواقع الثلاث أدناه.

المواقع المستهدفة: عانين و عنزة في محافظة جنين، بيت دجن في محافظة نابلس.

شروط التقدم:

1. يحق للشركات والمؤسسات والمعاهد المسجلة لدى الجهات الرسمية ولها القدرة على اصدار الفواتير الضريبية الصفرية التقدم لتنفيذ هذه التدريبات.
2. يجب أن يكون للجهة المتقدمة خبرة سابقة في أعمال مماثلة.
3. سيتم تنفيذ التدريب النظري والعملي لكل مجموعة من المزارعين/ المزارعات في المواقع الثلاث المذكورة.
4. يجب ارفاق شهادة تسجيل الشركة/ المؤسسة وشهادة خصم من المصدر سارية المفعول.
5. لجنة العطاء غير ملزمة بالقبول بأقل الأسعار بدون إبداء الأسباب.
6. الأسعار باليورو غير شاملة لضريبة القيمة المضافة (المشروع معفى من الضريبة).
7. يمكن للموردين الراغبين بالمشاركة استلام نسخة من وثائق الاستدراج من مقر الإغاثة الزراعية في رام الله على العنوان ادناه او الاتصال على الأرقام ادناه لطلب نسخة عبر البريد الالكتروني او من خلال زيارة الموقع الالكتروني للإغاثة الزراعية على الرابط pal-arc.org قسم العطاءات.

The Agricultural Development Association (Agricultural Relief) announces its desire to invite technical and financial offers in sealed envelopes within the project of applying natural solutions in water treatment and reuse in Palestine, funded by Spanish cooperation and implemented by the Agricultural Development Association (Agricultural Relief), and invites specialized companies and institutions to participate.

This training programme will focus on developing farmers’ skills and knowledge of best practices for reusing treated water in the agricultural sector, and training them on specific topics in the field of reused water use in agriculture.

Targeted locations: Anin and Anza in Jenin Governorate, Beit Dajan in Nablus Governorate.
