another blacklist sanction;
4) the participation of the person concerned does not cause a conflict of
interest;
5) those acting for and on behalf of the business entity are not undergoing
a criminal sanction;
6) the leaders and administrators of the business entity are not employees
of the Ministry/Institution/Regional Apparatus or the leaders and
administrators of the business entity are employees of the Ministry/Institution/Regional
Apparatus who are taking leave outside the State's responsibility;
7) other statements that are qualification requirements listed in the
Selection Document;
8) the qualification data filled in and the submitted offer documents are
correct, and if it is later found that the data/documents submitted are
incorrect and there is falsification, the participant is willing to be
subject to administrative sanctions, blacklisting sanctions, civil
lawsuits, and/or criminal reporting to the authorities in accordance with
the provisions of laws and regulations.
